Capt Jonathan is a lifelong New Orleans area resident and full time New Orleans Police Officer (hence the name 5 Eaux Fishing (pronounced five-oh).  Capt Jonathan used fishing as a therapeutic session on his days off and turned it into a business.  Capt Jonathan wanted to share his love for the water and his way of decompressing with others.
